O vinariji
Toni Bojanić Winery, located in Jelsa on the island of Hvar, is a small wine producer with a centuries-old family tradition. Production takes place in Bojanić Bad, where wines are crafted using traditional methods complemented by modern technology, yielding about 5,000 bottles annually. Wines are sold directly from the cellar and at a sales point in Jagodna, just 5 minutes from Bojanić Bad. Above the sales point lies a vineyard whose picturesque view is mirrored in the flavor of the wine it produces. Their premium wine, “Plavac Bojanić Bad,” made from the Plavac Mali variety, has won multiple gold medals at the international competition “Sabatina.” The vineyard is located on the southern side of Hvar, above Bojanić Bad. The winery produces both red and white wines. Among the reds, Plavac Mali stands out, while the whites include Pošip and Bogdanuša blended with Prč. The quality wine “Fortunol” is also made from Plavac Mali, sourced from a vineyard in Jagodna, on Hvar’s southern side, above the sales point. The quality wine “Pošip” is produced from the Pošip variety grown in a vineyard on the northern side of the island. The white wine “Forka” blends 80% Bogdanuša with 20% Prč, with grapes from vineyards located on Hvar’s northern slopes.
