About winery
The agricultural cooperative “Maslina i vino” is located in Polača, in the hinterland of Zadar, dedicated to the production of high-quality products in olive growing, viticulture, and fig processing. With an annual production of 60,000 bottles, on 11 hectares of vineyards with 45,000 vines, the cooperative offers exceptional wines under labels such as Maraština, Chardonnay, Muškat Žuti, Rose, Cuvee, Crljenak, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards grow white varieties such as Muškat Žuti, Maraština, Chardonnay, and Debit, while red varieties include Crljenak Kaštelanski, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.
