About winery

What was once a small family vineyard has been transformed by winemaker Tonči Senjković and his sons, Saša and Lari, into an impressive 8-hectare estate. Driven by a desire to elevate their nearly century-old tradition and passion for winemaking, as well as to showcase the often-overlooked potential of Brač wines, the father and sons began clearing the rugged Brač terrain with their own hands. Taming the island’s wild nature, they now proudly cultivate a vineyard with 35,000 vines. From meticulous care of each vine, yield reduction, and the selection of the finest grapes, to aging the wine in oak barrels and designing elegant bottle labels, every step is crafted with precision to bring the “heavenly drop” to your table. The fusion of modern techniques and tradition has resulted in exceptional wines: the Plavac Mali wines Bosso and Bročko Rič, and the rosé Spoža. Each of these wines tells its own unique story. Bosso is named after their great-grandfather, whose photograph graces the label in his honor. Spoža, a rosé from Plavac Mali, symbolizes family bonds and tenderness—its label features an illustration of the grandmother, daughter of the elder “Bosso.” With a reputation as one of Croatia’s finest rosés, Spoža is made from the first pressing of Plavac Mali, which later evolves into Bosso. Bročko Rič reflects the temperament of Brač through its colors, aromas, and melodies. Inspired by the island’s dialects, this wine encapsulates the raw beauty and simplicity of the island into a refined and harmonious whole, enriching the sensory experience of taste, scent, and sound. The latest additions from the Senjković cellar feature three exceptional labels: Dita, a blend of Plavac Mali, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon; Tristeca, an aromatic Pošip; and Bjondina, a wine made from the Plavina variety.
