Winemaker Jakša Bedalov lovingly cultivates indigenous grape varieties in the sunny region of Kaštela, dedicated to preserving the family’s winemaking tradition. Believing that exceptional wines are born in the vineyard, he and his family carefully tend to each vine, handpicking grapes in the cool morning hours and meticulously selecting only the finest clusters. The Bedalov family has been connected to the land for generations, and today, two generations work together, sharing their passion and dedication to winemaking. Their vineyards are home to Plavac Mali, Kaštelanski Crljenak, and Maraština—varieties that best express the character of the Kaštela wine region. Their selection includes eight labels: Vlaška, Maraština, Tribus Rosé (Plavac Mali, Dobričić, Kaštelanski Crljenak), Tribus (Plavac Mali, Dobričić, Kaštelanski Crljenak), Kaštelanski Crljenak, Babica, Castel Zinfandel, and Dobričić, an indigenous variety from the island of Šolta. The winery, located by the sea, offers a unique tasting experience, sharing the rich winemaking heritage of the region.
