Jokić Winery has become synonymous with premium wines through dedication and hard work. Since the beginning of organic production in 2009, special attention has been given to crafting high-quality wines, blending traditional viticulture with modern technology. Located in northern Dalmatia, between the mountains and the sea, the vineyards benefit from an ideal microclimate and fertile soil, essential for cultivating top-quality grapes. Organic production ensures careful vineyard and wine management, avoiding herbicides, pesticides, and artificial fertilizers. Manual cultivation and the use of only approved oenological agents preserve the natural balance and authenticity of each wine. This family project, in collaboration with top enologists, has produced wines such as Pošip, Cuvee, Rosy-Rose, Maraština, Yellow Muscat, and Chardonnay, each with a rich and captivating character. The winery’s roots date back to 1906 when Aćim Jokić first recognized the region’s potential for viticulture. After a period of dormancy, a new era began in 2009 with the revitalization of vineyards and a commitment to organic production. The dedicated work of Duško Jokić and production director Dragana Šulentić has elevated the winery to a world-class level, integrating cutting-edge technology and expertise. Following the vision of its predecessors, Jokić Winery continues to strive for perfection, turning that ambition into reality.
