OPG Ivica Radalj Winery

Winery OPG Ivica Radalj is located in Makarska, and its owner, Ivica Radalj, is originally from Vrgorac. The vineyard is situated in Kozica, on the southern slopes of Sveti Mihovil, at an altitude of 400 meters. Covering an area of 7,000 square meters, the vineyard cultivates 6,000 vines of Medna, Merlot, and Trnak varieties. Medna is an indigenous grape variety, and Ivica Radalj is currently the only winemaker producing wine from this highly esteemed vine. It is particularly popular in the region behind Biokovo, from the village of Župa and Garmazi to Vrgorac and Dusina. The wines are produced under the Mȉra label, offering five selections: Merlot, Trnak, Medna, macerated Medna, and Cuvee.
