Parat Winery

Parat Winery, operating within OPG Vitis Dulcis, is located in the heart of Dalmatian Zagora, in the village of Planjani Donji. For three generations, the family has nurtured a vineyard in the Ostrogašica micro-location, and in addition to premium wines, they take pride in their almond orchards covering 1 hectare, further enriching the natural flavors of the region. The first vineyard was planted in 1988, and today, every grape and almond reflects the authenticity of Zagora. Through three generations, OPG Vitis Dulcis has built a tradition of dedication to viticulture, while the almond orchards complement their offering of high-quality local products. The winery offers three wine labels: Merlot Parat, which, thanks to the unique conditions of Ostrogašica, has won gold diplomas at the Sabatina wine exhibition in 2017, 2019, and 2024, confirming its exceptional quality and character; Maraština Parat; and Rosé Parat, made from the Plavina variety. The winery also offers wine tastings paired with Dalmatian delicacies, providing a unique eno-gastronomic experience in the heart of Zagora.
