About winery

Rak Winery is located in the hinterland of Šibenik, where it grows and produces wines from the indigenous varieties Babić and Maraština, and from Babić it creates Opolo. Viticulture and winemaking are family traditions that began in 1960, and today the combination of experience and love for wine is complemented by modern technologies and contemporary production processes. The winery has the capacity to process grapes to the highest standards and ages its wines in oak barrels for long-term maturation. The offer includes six labels: Debit, Rose, Babić, Maraština, Maraština Selekcija, and Opolo. Within the family estate in Dubrava, there is a tasting room that can accommodate up to 50 guests, where visitors can enjoy a tasting of six different wines made from three local varieties, along with authentic Dalmatian specialties such as homemade prosciutto, sheep cheese, olives, and olive oil. Rak Winery offers a unique eno-gastronomic experience in the heart of Dalmatia.
