About winery

Olga Rebić, a chemical technician-technologist by profession, became part of an Imotski family back in 1967 after marrying into the Rebić family following her studies in Belgrade. Today, approaching her 77th year, she remains incredibly vital, managing a large private winery and taking care of as many as 30,000 grapevines. Her family estate is a true treasure trove of healthy and authentic products. The large winery is equipped with impressive stainless-steel wine tanks, along with special containers for homemade vinegar. In the yard, hundreds of glass jars hold a wealth of homemade liqueurs—walnut liqueur made from her own walnuts, sour cherry liqueur, and bottles of herbal brandy crafted from medicinal herbs picked on her estate and the surrounding hills, all without any chemical additives. She is particularly proud of her protected wine liqueur “Vinsker”, officially recognized by the Institute of Viticulture. Her premium Merlot label holds a high status, while the offering is rounded out by wines from indigenous varieties such as Kujundžuša, Vranac, and Morlak Bijeli, a blend of Žilavka and Kujundžuša.
