Sladić Winery

The Sladić family winery, located in the village of Plastovo near Skradin, nurtures a long-standing tradition of viticulture and winemaking, relying on the ideal natural conditions and favorable location of Plastovo. Since 2000, it has been dedicated exclusively to the commercial production of indigenous grape varieties that best reflect the terroir of the Skradin vineyards. Thanks to limestone soils and an altitude of 270 meters, the vineyards enjoy around 2,000 hours of sunshine annually, while cooler nights during the ripening phase contribute to the freshness and minerality of the wines. With a special focus on maraština, the Sladić Winery develops various styles of this grape – from fresh, easy-drinking wines to complex, aged expressions and rich dessert wines. This variety often exhibits aromas of stone fruit, but its signature characteristic remains a subtle herbal quality reminiscent of Dalmatian wild herbs. Recently, they have enriched their selection with a new rosé wine label, Fiola Nobile, which embodies refined elegance and the expressive character of the Plastovo terroir. The offer also includes exceptional wines made from indigenous varieties, including Plavina, Debit, and Lasina, as well as fresh rosé wine. In addition to producing high-quality wines, the winery offers guided wine tours, vineyard visits, and excursions to Visovac Lake. Beyond winemaking, it also produces olive oil and traditional liqueurs made from marasca cherries and roses, continuing the family’s passion for authentic Dalmatian flavors.
