Florijanović Winery

On the central slopes of Moslavačka Gora, overlooking the Lonjsko Polje wetlands, at an altitude of 140 to 170 meters, lie the vineyards of the Florijanović family. Spanning five hectares, the vineyards stretch exclusively across south and southeast-facing hillsides on several carefully chosen locations between the town of Popovača and the village of Voloder—an area known as the homeland of the indigenous Moslavina variety, Škrlet.
Škrlet forms the core of the winery’s production, cultivated across 3.5 hectares. In addition to this native variety, the winery and tasting room also offer two other local grapes—Moslavac and Dišeća Ranina—as well as other wines typical of continental Croatia: Graševina, Yellow Muscat, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Blaufränkisch, Rosé Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir. Annual production reaches up to 40,000 liters, with a total cellar capacity of 80,000 liters.
Florijanović Winery places great importance on preserving tradition. Every year in early September, it hosts a heritage event called “Kak su brali naši stari” (“How Our Elders Harvested”), during which traditional tools from the family’s own enological collection are used for harvesting and grape processing—honoring and preserving Moslavina’s cultural and rural heritage.
