Sirovica Winery

Sirovica Winery, located near Jastrebarsko, is a family estate with a long tradition, now led by Marko Sirovica – a young owner and manager who took on the role at just 18 years old. A major milestone came in 1992, when the winery launched its first bottle under its own label and logo. Today, it specializes in producing high-quality wines that truly reflect the character of the Plešivica region. With 6 hectares of vineyards and around 23,000 vines, the winery produces approximately 80,000 liters of wine annually. Its cellars are modern, climate-controlled, and have a total capacity of 100,000 liters. Among their still wines, white Pinot stands out, and in recent years they have also embraced sparkling wine production. The portfolio includes ten labels from varieties such as Pinot Blanc and Noir, Riesling, Graševina, Silvaner, Portugieser, Zweigelt, Merlot, Kraljevina, Yellow Plavac, and Štajerska Bjelina. Their wines can be tasted at their newly opened wine bar, Vinotočje Sofia.
