About winery
Žnidarić Winery, located in the picturesque village of Hrastina, is a family-run estate led by young winemaker Franjo Žnidarić. With two hectares of vineyards, the winery produces around 15,000 liters of wine annually. Their diverse offering includes 11 wine labels, featuring varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Kraljevina, Graševina, Yellow Muscat, Traminer, and Green Silvaner. Among them, a sparkling wine called “Luce mala” stands out. In addition to winemaking, the Žnidarić family also runs a hospitality business – the 4SRCA Family Excursion Site – enriching the region’s eno-gastronomic experience.
