Agrolaguna Winery

Vina Laguna is a prestigious brand that originated from one of the most significant agricultural conglomerates in Istria, Agrolaguna. Established in 1963, Agrolaguna operated for many years as part of the hotel company Plava Laguna, under the motto “from field to table,” supplying numerous hotels in this large tourist group with its high-quality products.
In the early 1990s, successful privatization allowed Agrolaguna to develop and expand further. Today, in addition to its excellent wines, Agrolaguna also markets premium olive oils under the “Ol Istria” brand and cheeses from “Stancija Špin.” Vina Laguna manages 600 hectares of vineyards planted in various micro-locations across western Istria, on different types of soil – from deep red soil in Vrsar in the south to white soil in Brtonigla and Vižinada in the north.
Vina Laguna offers over twenty labels of premium and high-quality wines, divided into three lines: Vina Laguna, Festigia, and Festigia Riserva. The dominant white variety is Istrian Malvasia, while the red varieties are led by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Their wines regularly win numerous awards at domestic and international wine competitions, confirming their excellence and dedication to quality.
