Deklić Winery

Family winery Deklić, located in the village of Ferenci near Vižinada, boasts over 100 years of winemaking, viticulture, and olive growing tradition on their own estate. Throughout various reigns in Istria, the diligent Deklić family has steadfastly pursued their path until today, proudly owning one of the most modern wine cellars in the region.
Today, at Deklić Winery, you can encounter three generations, from grandfather Konstantin, through his son Marin, to grandchildren Lucija, David, and Dino. Deklić Winery currently cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, planted in red soil around Vižinada, with indigenous grape varieties such as Istrian Malvasia and Teran dominating their assortment. They offer about ten wine labels divided into several lines.
In their standard fresh line, istrian malvasia and chardonnay stand out, alongside elegant rosé and yellow muscat, while their line of aged red wines features Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Teran. The pinnacle of their offerings is “Familija,” a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Teran aged in wooden barrels. This wine is dedicated to all generations of the Deklić family, symbolizing their unity.
