Fiore Winery

Fiore Winery is a young Istrian winery that opened its doors in 2013. Located in the village of Sarbarica near Umag, their vineyards span 25 hectares of land, including 6 hectares of Malvasia and 4 hectares of Merlot. They cultivate indigenous red varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Teran, and some Muscat on five new hectares. They are present on the market with three labels, and their wines have won numerous awards, including the prestigious Decanter award.
