Misal Winery

In the quaint Istrian village of Peršurići, near Poreč, is home to one of Croatia’s largest producers of natural sparkling wines. It was here that their first product, now known as Misal Millennium, was created. From the beginning, this sparkling wine has been made from a blend of three varieties, with Istrian Malvasia as the primary component, complemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
This dry sparkling wine quickly captivated sparkling wine enthusiasts and restaurateurs alike, who were finally able to offer tourists a sparkling wine made from our native Istrian variety. Today, they proudly offer seven different sparkling wines, each with its own unique characteristics. Their creativity knows no bounds, as they continually experiment and create new innovations in their cellars.
