About winery
Monte Rosso Winery began operations in 2006 in the Istrian village of Savudrija. On its 65 hectares of land, they cultivate cherry, fig, almond, and olive trees in addition to grapevines. They produce sparkling wines using the classic method, as well as fresh and aged red and white wines from various grape varieties, including Malvasia, Montepulciano, and Chardonnay.
