Pervino Winery

The Pervino family winery in Novigrad was founded in 2002 by spouses Željko and Nevija Peršurić, continuing a family tradition that began with Željko’s great-grandfather in 1914. From the very beginning, their daughters Marina and Željka have been involved in the business. A significant turning point for the winery came with the arrival of their son-in-law, Paval Antonić, who is now the driving force behind Pervino.
They cultivate 16 hectares of vineyards situated in excellent locations near the sea, between Novigrad and Dajla, on deep red soil. The vineyards, which were part of a large agricultural cooperative until 2002 and were not well-maintained, have been gradually renewed over the years. The primary grape varieties they grow are Istrian Malvasia and Teran, while international varieties such as Chardonnay, Yellow Muscat, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon have also proven successful.
Pervino is present on the market with seventeen different wine labels. Visitors are welcomed in a modernly designed winery with a sales area and an elegant tasting room that includes a summer terrace, allowing guests to enjoy Pervino wines in a beautiful setting.
