Pino Rossi Winery

Family vineyards and cellar are nestled in the slopes of the western Istrian vineyards in the municipality of Vižinada, specifically in the small village of Bajkini overlooking the Mirna River valley. Although wine production has always been a part of their family, they began to take winemaking more seriously in 2008 when they received a gold medal for Cabernet Sauvignon at Vinistra. Pino Rossi currently cultivates five hectares of meticulously tended vineyards. The vineyards face southwest, maximizing sun exposure, while the unique microclimate and terroir contribute to the high-quality grapes, the cornerstone of Pino Rossi wines. Every aspect of vineyard management receives meticulous attention, with valuable support from Pino’s wife and daughters.
After careful vineyard management, high-quality grapes are processed in a cellar equipped with modern technology. The wine matures in oak barrique barrels to achieve the highest quality.
