PZ Vrbnik Winery

The Vrbnik Agricultural Cooperative, founded in 1904, is firmly established as a cornerstone of the town of Vrbnik on the island of Krk. The cooperative consists of 126 full members and 16 partners. Vineyards of the žlahtina variety are predominantly spread across the fertile Vrbnik field, with a smaller portion in the surrounding areas outside it. The Vrbnik field, located on the eastern side of the island of Krk, extends southeast-northwest along the western part of the cadastral municipality of Vrbnik, with a total area of 175 hectares and an elevation between 85 and 164 meters.
Their wine offerings consist exclusively of the indigenous Krk variety žlahtina. Since 2022, they have expanded production to include brandies and liqueurs.
