About winery
San Tommaso Winery is nestled in the picturesque village of Golaš, near Bale, along the road connecting Bale and the Lim Channel. Most of the vineyards are located close to the winery, which is situated on an estate over 150 years old. This estate has always been dedicated to wine and the lifestyle it embodies. To enhance the experience, the Debeljuh family also opened a boutique hotel, allowing visitors to experience a touch of the past on this beautiful property.
San Tommaso winery cultivates about twenty hectares of vineyards and two hectares of olive groves. In the vineyards, Istrian Malvasia is predominant, followed by Merlot, Teran, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muscat Blanc. They are present on the market with about ten wine labels, ranging from fine sparkling wines and charming rosé to elegant Malvasias and Chardonnays, and including structured red wines and seductive Muscat.
