About winery
In his hometown of Kostanjica, on the gentle slopes of fertile white soil, Giancarlo Zigante planted vineyards and olive groves in 2010. With his first harvest in 2012, his brand made its debut on the wine market. The vineyards are dominated by indigenous grape varieties such as Istrian Malvasia and Teran, but he also cultivates numerous international varieties like Yellow Muscat, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
They offer about ten wine labels on the market and cultivate four hectares of olive groves. Their wines and olive oil are marketed under the “Zigante Tartufi” brand and are available in their stores and through numerous partners in Croatia and across Europe.
