Winery Čobanković, founded in 2003 in Ilok, operates as an agricultural business (PO “Ivan”) owned by Ivan Čobanković. As a family winery, it continues the centuries-old tradition of viticulture and winemaking of the Čobanković family, focusing primarily on grape growing and wine production. The first wine with a controlled origin label was introduced to the market in 2004. Today, Winery Čobanković is one of the most significant wine producers in the Croatian Danube region. With 200 hectares of vineyards, it produces approximately 2,000,000 liters of wine annually, making it the second-largest wine producer in Ilok, after Iločki Podrumi. The winery produces wine exclusively from its own grapes and those purchased from local growers. As vineyard areas expanded, so did the winery’s cellar capacities, allowing for a broader range of wines. The selection of white wines includes Graševina, Pinot Gris, Silvaner, Riesling, Traminer, and Chardonnay, while the range of red wines features Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cuvée.
