Škoro Winery

Winery Škoro is a small winery dedicated to producing premium boutique wines, with an annual production of around 30,000 liters. The selection is led by Graševina, complemented by Pinot Grigio, Cuvée – created in 2018 in Slavonia from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon – and Rosé wines. Additionally, the winery has experimented with sweeter varieties, crafting a late-harvest Graševina. The vineyards are located in Mitrovac, in the heart of the Golden Valley, on the southern slopes of Krndija, within two distinct micro-locations of the Kutjevo wine region – Mitrovac and Vetovo. Through careful cultivation and collaboration with the Matić family, golden Graševina grapes are grown, producing wines of exceptional quality. Škoro wines have earned recognition at the Decanter competition – Graševina and Pinot Grigio were awarded silver medals (92 and 90 points, respectively), while Cuvée and late-harvest Graševina received bronze awards. These accolades confirm the dedication, hard work, and passion poured into every bottle, delivering the authentic taste of Slavonia and the Kutjevo wine region.
